1/12 Supply side of plumbing begun
1/1 Last window installed
12/29 3 basement windows, DWV system plumbed all the way outside the building
12/27 1 more window, some more plumbing

12/21 windows delivered
12/15 working on plumbing
12/8 French doors installed
11/30-12/1 House wrap done; framing of first floor bathroom and doorway in center wall

11/10 Cliff nearly finished south side of roof; trim and drip edge finished; Frugaldad extended existing plumbing vents through new roof and built landing for basement stairs

11/3 Cliff started roof work; wove south valley and did lots of trim boards and drip edge; Frugaldad framed and tipped up walls on either side of stair opening. Framed east section of center wall
11/1 Moved debris to dumpster, framed east stair wall
10/31 cleanup, chalk lines for interior walls
10/30 Rafter ties, removed rest of siding from outside of house (inside the addition)
10/29 Rafter ties

10/20 Majority of exterior sheathed
10/19 Roof trusses and decking installed
10/18 Finished top plates of walls
10/17 Dumpster and trusses delivered; debris from demo cleaned up
10/15 Took off shingles for new roof; tar paper
10/13 Tipped up walls; finished subtraction demo
10/12 Demo against house for wall placement
10/11 Exterior walls all framed, trusses are ordered
10/10 Nailed walls together
10/9 Built west walls
10/8 cut lumber for under window openings
10/6 put headers in north and south walls
9/30 to 10/5 Business trip
9/29 Started framing walls
9/28 lumber delivery--studs for framing walls
9/26 Floor decking complete
9/25 Remainder of joists installed
9/22 Concrete shelf completed
9/21 4 parts of concrete shelf laid
9/18 More joists installed
9/17 Majority of floor decking installed
9/15 Floor joists positioned and nailed. First course of floor decking nailed down.
9/14 Another lumber delivery--floor joists and deck. Rim joists positioned.
9/13 Crawl access opening framed
9/12 Crawl access cut for HVAC
9/8 Load bearing wall finished.
9/7 More lumber delivered. Working on building the load bearing wall in basement
9/1 Sill plates installed. Grass is growing.
8/25 Reseeded lawn over the new drainfield.
8/31 First lumber delivered. Started installing sill plates
8/21 Saw cuts made in slab
8/20 Slab and stem walls poured
8/16 Finally passed soil test
8/14 Failed soil test again, took a new sample
8/10 Failed soil test
8/9 Soil sample taken
8/7 Backfill completed, forms off walls
8/6 Start taking forms off walls, backfill begun, window wells installed
8/2 Basement walls poured
7/30 Footings poured for basement
7/23 Basement location excavated
7/20 Demolition of the "subtraction"
7/19-7/20 New drain field installed
